Hickory Farms Retail Store Manager in San Jose, CA

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team of Store Managers to represent Hickory Farms, one of the nation's leading holiday Brands.Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of one holiday kiosk which includes, but is not limited to: meeting sales goals, merchandising, operations, staffing, supervision, training and development, inventory management, loss prevention, and ensuring adherence to company set guidelines and policies.You will be responsible for creating a remarkable and consistent experience for customers looking to create their own holiday joy through our products. This position is Seasonal and will run from mid October through late December but, there is great potential for growth within Hickory Farms! Essential Duties & Responsibilities ? Recruits, interviews, and hires all holiday store sales associates in partnership with supervisor ? Trains and leads by example all selling and operational functions and processes ? Ensure full compliance of our selling strategy of greeting, engaging, sampling, identifying needs, recommending, and selecting the right merchandise ? Provides constant feedback and positive recognition on sales associate's performance and behaviors ? Achieves sales goals and profitability by maximizing opportunities and controlling expenses Qualifications ? Must have a passion for people and loyalty to the Hickory Farms brand ? Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance ? Highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to strategic change through critical thinking, problem solving skills, conflict management and stress tolerance ?
